I don't remember my baptism ALL that well, besides what I wrote in my journal, that "the water was warm, and it was fun." I don't know what was so "fun" about it, I think I had a lot of learning to do, heh heh. And then we went and got Baskin Robbins ice cream. Sorry, this probably didn't add anything spiritually to this topic.

The day i was baptized was a wonderful day to say the least. I was greeted by the most amazing missionaries who taught me a lot. My Sorta dad actually baptized me, and my sorta mom gave the Baptism Talk. It was enlightening and went well.

I am scared of water and drowning, so this caused me to have a few panic attacks before the day i was to do this. Once i was in there and i saw everyone i was okay, by the time i was dressed and back out there i felt amazing! i had what the Mission President's Wife said was the "Glow"

It was November 1994.. I was SO excited! I was eight and my Grandpa was the one to baptize me. It took 3 times... My toes somehow found their way to the surface until my grandpa stepped on them to prevent them from trying to escape again. Before I was baptized my cousins and I all sang the primary song, When I am Baptized. It is a day I will never forget. The feelings are indescribable.

I love my Saviour...

It was the best day in my life. I was ready to fly. I couldn't explain it, but it was beautiful day of June 1995!

well first i wwould like to say that i'm from Puerto Rico. I was baptized on january 11 1998 the same day i turned 8! and i was so excited! i don't regert it! its the best decision i've made so far. I love this church and everything about it. the day you are baptized is a really special day, you have your friends and family there and plus you get the holy spirit to be with you in every step that you take from that day on. i knew in my heart thet God was whatching me from heaven and that he was very pleased with my decision. I was baptized and confirmed by my favorite missionary Elder Dotson and it was in the Bayamon ward of the Toa Baja Stake here in Puerto Rico. I would say that it was the best day of my life!

I was baptized when I was 8 on my father's birthday by my grandfather. I remember I wore my white socks into the water because no one told me I could remove them. I had wet socks afterwards that but it was ok. It was during the summer at the Eubank Chapel in Albuquerque. The water was warm and I was excited to be baptized. Bishop Doan had interviewed me earlier and Sister Pitney (Primary president) gave me a little picture of Christ. My father gave me the Gift of the Holy Ghost and I have received the Spirit's guidance in my life. The Gift of Holy Ghost is one of the best gifts we can receive while here on earth during our mortal probation.

It was a quiet spring day in the afternoon of April 1997 in Virginia Beach at the Virginia Beach Virginia Stake Center with the Lynnhaven Ward of The Church that I entered into the waters of baptism and became clean and pure through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
